I have over 3 decades of training experience, and 2 decades of competition at the highest level, which gives me a tremendous amount of knowledge that I pass on to my clients. My goal is to educate you, rather than have you be reliant on me.

Yes, I have a group training option on my services page, it is a simple one off payment that can be split between 2 to 4 people and covers you for 1 session per week for 3 months.
You will all be completing the same training, but scaled for each individual strength level.
Unfortunately, this is not available if you all have different goals, as it is not practicle to run different training sessions at the same time.
