Frequently Asked Questions

The answer depends on your budget.
If you can, I advise working with me twice a week for the first 3 - 6 months, this will give you the most contact time, which means you’ll get more coaching when you need it the most.
Of course, it is entirely up to you if you want to continue doing this, if not, you can drop down to once a week, if you feel that all you need from then on is the planning and the accountability.

As you would be benefitting from my experience and knowledge, I don’t offer free trials.
Instead you can book a single session at the full price, which is redeemable against your first month’s payment should you wish to sign up for coaching thereafter.
However, for the initial consultation, there is no cost. It is a no obligation meeting where I’ll ask questions about your training history, any injuries you may have or have had, what time frame we are working with, and any other relevant questions that will help me to develop the best possible plan of action for you. It is also your chance to ask me any questions you might have regarding the training, the process, and any other concerns.

As my monthly and 3 months upfront prices are already discounted from my single session price, these are the only discounts I offer.
Instead, I offer a referral discount of 10% if a client recommends my services to someone who then signs up. This is unlimited, so in theory a client who refers 10 new clients to me, could end up paying nothing.

Strength Coach London operates exclusively out of the award winning Commando Temple in Deptford, South East London.
The gym is approximately 1 minute from Deptford station, which is a 6 minute ride from London Bridge

No, I don’t travel to meet clients.
It would be impractical to travel to my clients as the nature of my business means that I have clients back to back for peak times in the mornings and the evenings.

No, the way gyms work for freelance, independent coaches is that they charge a rent to use the space for running your coaching business. You can’t turn up on a day pass and coach someone there because you are not insured to conduct sessions on their premises, and you are taking business from other coaches who do pay the rent to be there.

The easiest way to get started is to head to my services page, I have a list of everything I offer, and my pricing. You can then contact me from via the form on that page to set up a meeting or a call.

Yes, I have a group training option on my services page, it is a simple one off payment that can be split between 2 to 4 people and covers you for 1 session per week for 3 months.
You will all be completing the same training, but scaled for each individual strength level.
Unfortunately, this is not available if you all have different goals, as it is not practicle to run different training sessions at the same time.
